4. Create Asana Task: An Asana task is generated for the team to conduct the site review, including instructions for reviewing data from our key advanced analytics tools on our client websites. This task is assigned to the relevant team member so they are aware that the new report needs to be written for the client.
5. Slack Notification: A message is sent to the Maven Web Team channel in Slack, notifying them about the new site review task and providing a link to the Asana task.
6. Update Review Date in Airtable: The automation updates the site’s next review date to six months later, ensuring timely scheduling for future reviews.
