That’s why we created our Bi-Annual Advanced SEO Review Notification automation. This solution ensures that every client website with our Advanced SEO package is reviewed at the correct interval, and clients receive timely notifications to schedule their SEO reviews.

Now let’s see how the automation works:

1. Webhook Trigger: The automation starts when a custom webhook is triggered, indicating it’s time for a bi-annual SEO review. This trigger is managed by an automation in Airtable when the next bi-annual review date is today.
2. Get Website Record from Airtable: The automation retrieves the relevant website record from Airtable.
3. Create Email Draft: A draft email is created in Gmail, addressed to the client, and detailing the need for an SEO review. Here the email is held so that the Maven X Consultant can review the SEO Details and add relevant details to the email for the client to review.
4. Update Airtable Record: The automation updates the ‘Next Review Date’ field in Airtable to schedule the next review.
5. Send Slack Notification: A message is sent to the designated Slack channel, notifying the team that an email draft is ready and the review date has been updated. It’s up to the clients to confirm if they wish to have this next review. If so, the actual review is managed by another automation.
