STEP 1

Qualifying Requirements

The Maven Startup Package is an incredible package designed for new and starting businesses to equip them for growth.

In order to be eligible for the package, we have only two criteria. You must meet at least one item.

STEP 2

Initial Document Collection

These are the starting documents that Maven X will need to begin the Equity Purchase Process. These documents should give us information about your business, your plans, and the suggested investment amount.

Business Plan

A business plan is a formal written document containing the goals of a business, the methods for attaining those goals, and the time frame for the achievement of the goals.

Certificate of Incorporation

A certificate of incorporation is a legal document/license relating to the formation of a company or corporation.

Term Sheet

A term sheet is a bullet point document outlining the material terms and conditions of a potential business agreement, establishing the basis for future negotiations between a seller and buyer.

Investors' Rights Agreement (IRA)

An investor rights agreement (IRA) is a typical document between an investor and other concerns providing capital financing to a startup company. It provides the rights and privileges afforded these new stockholders in the company.

Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA)

This Stock Purchase Agreement (sometimes called an Share Purchase Agreement or SPA) sets forth terms of the sale and transfer of a company’s stock to a purchaser.

STEP 3

Maven X Review

Once the documents have been submitted, Maven X will work through reviewing the documents, setting up an interview, and requesting additional information for review.

STEP 4

Decision

After the review process, Maven X will deliver the equity purchase decision. This will be either an agreement or disagreement.

Purchase Process

Congratulations! You have been accepted to complete the equity purchase process! You are on your way to accelerating your business technology! At this point we will continue to finalize the legal documents between both parties to ensure the details are all ironed out.

STEP 6

Legal Documents Signatures

After all the legal documents have been completed, reviewed, and accepted we are ready to sign and make things official!

STEP 7

Finalize

That’s it! It’s official! Now it’s time to celebrate!

During this phase, if there are any additional items that are needed, they will be identified and finalized!
